For Conflict and Relational Intelligence
A workshop for developing the relational skills necessary to shift conflict, avoidance, or difficult conversations towards collaboration.
Many teams remain stuck due to the unspoken challenges or louder frictions between people. As a gentle entry into this often challenging topic, participants learn to recognise their own patterns, regulate emotional responses, and communicate in ways that invite safety, connection and collaboration.
What you will learn:
Core skills for navigating conflict, difference and disagreement in the workplace.
Understanding your own patterns of reactivity and triggers.
Learning to shift towards collaboration when caught in conflict.
Our approach:
We work within an integrative approach of human development as we design and deliver each of our offerings. We see ‘body’ and ‘mind’ as interdependent processes. We see humans through ecological and systemic perspectives - knowing that we are shaped by our upbringing, culture, family, relationships, ecosystems and workplaces. We integrate interpersonal neurobiology, mentalization and metacognitively based models, developmental psychology, depth psychology, systems thinking, and ecological perspectives in our approach.
