For Scattered Attention and Burnout

A workshop for practicing skills that bring inner coherence, regulation and stability amidst the overwhelm of our endless to-do lists.

During our time together, we will delve into some ‘bottom-up’ practices which focus on somatic, emotional and nervous system regulation. We will also learn some ‘top-down’ practices focusing on ‘metacogntion’, self-awareness, and mindfulness.

What you will learn:

  • Somatic, emotional and nervous system regulation practices to cultivate safety and grounding.

  • Awareness skills for understanding the patterns of your own mind, body and emotions.

  • Cultivate steady and clear attention by drawing upon traditional Tibetan concentration practices.

Our approach:

We work within an integrative approach of human development as we design and deliver each of our offerings. We see ‘body’ and ‘mind’ as interdependent processes. We see humans through ecological and systemic perspectives - knowing that we are shaped by our upbringing, culture, family, relationships, ecosystems and workplaces. We integrate interpersonal neurobiology, mentalization and metacognitively based models, developmental psychology, depth psychology, systems thinking, and ecological perspectives in our approach.
